This turns learning into a creative and interactive experience that will stick with children long term。 The best way to teach informative material is to make it mean something to the children and this book a sure fire way to spark connections for students。 。。。more

Picture books are such an approachable way to tell untold stories, and good ones are totally worth a read by adults as well。 This is one of the good ones。 I'm willing to be that most adults don't know the story of immigrant Tony Sarg and his puppets and how he eventually helped the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade become what it is now。 It was fascinating。 Picture books are such an approachable way to tell untold stories, and good ones are totally worth a read by adults as well。 This is one of the good ones。 I'm willing to be that most adults don't know the story of immigrant Tony Sarg and his puppets and how he eventually helped the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade become what it is now。 It was fascinating。 。。。more
